The Huntington’s Disease Association – www.hda.org.uk

A UK-based charitable organisation providing information, advice and practical support for HD patients and their carers and families. Includes information about fundraising for HD research. The NHNN Multidisciplinary clinic has strong links with the HDA.

EURO-HD Network – www.euro-hd.net

The EURO-HD network is a Europe-wide collaboration of HD researchers sharing information and ideas about HD, studies and possible treatments. EURO-HD also funds and runs clinical studies in HD including the REGISTRY project.

HD Lighthouse – www.hdlighthouse.org

HD Lighthouse is a US-based web site with a global focus on presenting and explaining the latest research findings so that HD families can become proactive in their care, have hope for the future, and make good decisions in the present.

A US-based research collaboration that funds and runs HD clinical trials in the USA and internationally.

Huntington’s Disease Youth Organisation (HDYO)-http://en.hdyo.org

The Huntington’s Disease Youth Organization is a non-profit voluntary organization that provides appropriate information and education, along with support for young people affected by Huntington’s disease. Their website allows young people to learn about HD in an age appropriate, friendly and factually correct manner.
